Hyundai Veloster N Spotted in Germany

The new Hyundai Veloster N has been caught test driving somewhere on the streets of Germany and it seemed even more upgraded compared to the prototype, which was spotted earlier this year.

Although the Hyundai Veloster N was wearing some serious camouflage, but we did spot some major updates such as two large rear exhaust tips, a new chin spoiler and a huge rear spoiler, which resembles the one we saw in Hyundai RM16. The tires are low profile and wrapped around 19-inch wheels, while the brake calipers appear to be painted red.

Powering the Hyundai Veloster N will most probably be a 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder engine which will also be available in the upcoming Hyundai i30 N. This unit will deliver up to 250 horsepower allowing the Veloster N to compete against the likes of Volkswagen Golf R and the Focus RS.

Just like the first-generation Veloster, the new model will feature one large door on the driver side and two smaller doors on the passenger side.

The automaker has not yet revealed any further information regarding Hyundai Veloster N’s official debut, but we do know that the Hyundai N Division will launch six performance oriented models by 2019.
