Ferrari Portofino Test Drive in Dubai: Video

The Ferrari Portofino V8 GT is an epitome of elegance, luxury, and sportiness. Named after one of Italy’s most beautiful towns, we recently got a chance to test drive this gorgeous drop-top car.

The Aerodynamics department and Ferrari Design team worked together to bring the greatest efficiency. On the front, the big radiator grille opening is highlighted through a new full-HD headlight assembly while the taillight design has been improved by positioning them a little wider.

On the inside, it has an infotainment system with 10.2” touchscreen display, a new air-conditioning system, a new steering wheel, 18-way electrically adjustable seats with latest backrest shape, and a new wind deflector. There are two rear seats along with ample boot space.

Ferrari worked hard on the powertrain and made it better than the California T. With 600 cv onboard, it is 40cv more than what California T makes. This has been made possible through new components (pistons and con-rods, and a fresh intake system design) and adjusting the calibration of the engine management software. Thanks to all the tweaks, the Ferrari Portofino can hit 100 km/h in just 3.5 seconds.
