The Toyota’s luxury brand, Lexus has introduced the facelifted 2021 Lexus LS with enhanced comfort and extra tech equipment. Although you might not find many changes in the design, we are incredibly impressed by the new silver paint with a mirror-like smooth surface.
Look attentively and we find the flagship luxury sedan now features the adaptive high-beam system along with new vertical character lines at the corners of the front bumper.
Lexus has only revealed the images of the LS 500 in the F Sport specification and the LS 500h giving us hints on the few design changes.
The interior isn’t changed much either because Lexus’ primary concern is comfort. However, we do now have a high-resolution display for the digital rearview mirror and a new touch display with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay capability. The comfort is enhanced through the updated adaptive suspension and tweaks introduced to the stabilizer bars and the engine mounts. Moreover, the seats are now more comfortable.
Besides comfort, the automaker has also worked on its acceleration. Both the standard and the hybrid models now quicker on the toes and feature Active Noise Control and Engine Sound Enhancement systems for a noiseless ride.
Furthermore, the 2021 Lexus LS comes with lots of driver assistance systems. For instance, the Park Assist mechanically manages steering, acceleration, braking, and gear conversions.
The 2021 Lexus LS will hit Japanese roads in the fall of this year, while the international deliveries may start in 2021. The pricing details are not revealed yet.
