A few days ago, we found leaked pictures of the 2022 Kia Telluride featuring a new grille. Along with the images, we also came to know about its specifications. While Kia didn’t validate the information we got, they now have officially introduced the SUV.
Seeing the images, we can’t say it is a facelift. Yes, the new model looks different but the updates are minor. The most prominent is the new design of the grille and the new Kia logo. The grille gets a mesh styling and it is fully black.
We can find more changes inside but they are still relatively small. The greenhouse is yet the same but the lower trims get extra standard features. The bigger 10.25-inch infotainment display is there for the Telluride LX and S as well as automatic climate control and highway driving assist. The navigation-based smart cruise also comes standard for all models.
Kia has also released the pricing info. As expected, more facilities mean more price; however, that’s not a big increase. The entry-level 2022 Kia Telluride LX costs $32,790, a bump of $600 from 2021. Likewise, the Telluride S comes with a $600 rise, priced at $35,290. The EX and SX are just $200 pricier with a price tag of $37,790 and $42,690, respectfully. These figures are for front-wheel models and do not add in the destination fee of $1,225.
The 2022 Kia Telluride will hit the showrooms before the end of this year.
