It has been revealed that Porsche is bringing the Porsche Panamera GTS and the Porsche 718 Cayman T for 2019. Sources from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration confirmed that Porsche has submitted papers for two new cars.
The documents should mention the engine and other performance details but that space has been filled with ‘yet to be determined’. The Panamera GTS first came into existence in 2013 based on the 911 Carrera GTS and the Cayenne GTS. Just like the first Panamera GTS, the upcoming car will have quite a few performance tweaks, suspension upgrades, and body changes.
As for the Cayman T, the car will be powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine for which the performance figures are unknown. Other than that, a 911 Speedster will also grace the Porsche line-up in 2019.
